We had a dirt pad put in for a new mobile home. While doing the work they were very careless to their surroundings and completely destroyed our main power line that we clearly showed them was in place for the new home amongst other damages including plowing my compost pile, a large crepe myrtle tree that was not in the way and running through my garden with a tractor literally seconds after I expressed how important it was to me and it's exact location. We immediately showed them the damage done to the power line and Brian explained that he would get us more line to fix what had been done. After much follow up, this promise was never fulfilled. We then went ahead and purchased new line ourselves and asked them to use their trencher to trench a new line. We got multiple excuses that their trencher was broken, then they said it was out of state. Finally 2 weeks later, we followed up again to see what they were going to do to help us fix their damages. They told us they weren't going to do anything and took no accountability for what they had done. We are now left with having to pay nearly $1000 to remediate their damages not to mention we have not been able to hook up power to our home during this time. Review edited to add that not only did we receive extensive damages from Wolf Pipe, the whole reason you get a dirt pad is to prevent water from collecting under the house. We were charged for 10 loads of clay. Brian insisted that the 5 loads they did was enough for the pad. After we test the water flow, it runs directly under the house!! Brian said he would deliver us the extra clay we paid for and never did. Brian and Steve at Wolf Pipe, refuse to fix the problem. I will never use this company again or recommend anyone to use them!

Overcharging. Charged me market value for square tubing found out of a pile of scrap. Wanted charge $30 cut fee for some scrap pipe.
Response from the owner
We apologize that you were not happy with your experience. Unfortunately 500 wall pipe is very thick and hard to cut into 2" sections. We try to keep our costs down while paying for the gas/labor/etc. We hope you accept our apologies and understand the position we are in.

Really nice, willing to stay late to accommodate my work schedule, ready and waiting to load when I pulled into the yard.
