  Witz roofing was contracted to replace our asphalt roof last fall. I met with Frank, the owner, at the end of Sept 2021. He told me he could have the roof completed by the end of Oct. When it came time to schedule the job Frank kept pushing out the job for a variety of reasons. As time went on he became less and less responsive. By Mid Nov he stopped responding all together. Each time the job was scheduled to start I would rearrange my work schedule to be available, only to have the job pushed out. Early Feb 2022 Frank reached out to me with a story about how his entire crew had gotten sick in the fall. Against my better judgment, I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt and meet with him to discuss doing the job in Early April. We agreed to meet early Friday afternoon. I took a half day off from work to meet with him. Frank was a no show. No call, no text, nothing. I guess that's on me for giving him a second chance. I understand the challenges of running a small business. The owner often wears many hats and is stretched very thin. A simple message takes seconds to send and is the very minimum level of courtesy a reasonable person would expect. Witz Roofing was not very courteous or professional!
