  The installer was meticulous and very professional. The existing windows were out and new ones installed in one day. He spent the next two days caulking and wrapping. Such quality work. We are very pleased and would highly recommend Windows Plus.

  Windows Plus replaced all windows in our home, 14 total. They were on time, finished the project when promised, and cleaned up afterwards. Scheduling was easy and office staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

  We were very happy with the service we received from Windows Plus. They had a good number of options for our front door and storm door and were upfront and honest about costs and the extended time it would take to get the door and get it installed (partly due to the pandemic). And they were able to get it installed within a couple weeks of the estimated date. The job was done professionally and without any problems. They even left us small jars of touch-up paint in case of any future scratches. Everyone we dealt with from the sale to the installation was friendly and willing to work with us for what we needed/wanted. What further impressed me was that we had them back a short time later when one of our garage doors broke to see about getting it replaced. The sales representative gave us an approximate price but told us it would probably be possible to just have it repaired for a cheaper price, even though they didn't perform that service. He provided me with the name of someone he knew, who we ended up using and were also happy with. I am always impressed when a business is willing to lose a job because it's to the benefit of the customer. That kind of honesty is what will keep me with a company, and I will certainly consider Windows Plus next time we have a job they could possibly do for us.
