What a great experience!  It's not only an excellent window but the installation crew was outstanding.  Having retired from a career in the construction industry, I admire watching good craftsmanship at work and they were an A+ crew!  They were both courteous and friendly. I can’t describe how amazing Window World was with installing our windows.  We have a very old home, nothing is easy to replace.  We were all nervous, Window World included about how it was all going to work.  The planning guy was really patient with my design choices and gave us a great price.  They installed yesterday and the work they did was incredible.  The installer was about to pivot and fix issues as needed to give us the best quality and look.  We still have at least 36 more windows to replace and I have a lot of confidence in them.

Great experience from ordering to install! Took some time for the windows to arrive but it was well worth the wait. The installation team was professional and arrived on time and got right to work. Due to weather they had to return the next day to finish up the job but they did so on time and were finished in no time at all. Highly recommend!

Window world rep Kevin provided estimate and time line. Then windows arrived ahead of schedule. Kim scheduled install, the installation team arrived and completed work. I have absolutely nothing but praise for this whole team. I found Window world a refreshing reprieve from a society of supply shortages and rudeness. And my windows look great, function great and just make me happy!

I highly recommend window world. I have elderly parents that needed windows and siding. After collecting multiple quotes, I found that window world and their sales Rep Eddie was the most straight forward and honest with their prices. All the other companies seemed to play games with their pricing and came off to be pushy and high pressure. And after all their “fake” discounts they still couldn’t beat window worlds prices. We are very happy with our new window world windows and siding. Thank you very much

Window world did a fabulous job.  They were much faster than I expected.  The installation was quick and painless.  The technicians were polite and professional. I could not be happier with our choice. Even with the supply chain issues, their estimate for delivery was very accurate.  I am yet to find anyone we know who has had a negative thing to say about Window World!

I am totally impressed with the skill of the Window World installers. They replaced 21 windows on my house. For one thing, they were responsive to my efforts to keep my three cats calm while the work progressed; I confined the cats to a room with only one window, and they replaced that window last. They    were careful about pictures on the walls, the carpet, the furniture. I was expecting lots of noise and messy chaos, but they worked so efficiently and with such teamwork that my worries disappeared. When the job was finished, everything looked great! I have nothing but praise and appreciation for Window World.

All of the employees at Window World we're very professional and responsive.  Including the salesperson who visited my home and wrote up the no hassle contract. The office personnel who quickly responded to all queries.  The installation team was also fantastic. They had all 21 new windows installed plus replacing 9 set of shutters within 5 hours.  Very pleased  with the entire process and the quality of both the products and workmanship. I highly recommend this company.

Kim, in the office, was extremely helpful setting us up for an estimate. Kevin Holiday was the amazing salesman who came out to give us an estimate for our replacement windows.  Kevin was very knowledgeable, kind, courteous, honest and completely upfront. I couldn’t say enough good things about Kevin.  He has an exceptional personality and his laughter is contagious. 😀

Richard and Cameron installed our windows.  Amazing father and son duo who not only did a fantastic job but did not leave the tiniest bit of trash behind.  They both were great to work with &  answered all our questions.  They were polite, courteous, kind and very nice.  My husband and I were amazed to watch Richard hand make our trim from his truck.  We absolutely LOVE our windows and have had so many compliments on them, even before Richard and Cameron left.  Thank you Window World for quality windows, exceptional employees and a great company to work with! Our home looks so amazing with our new windows. We would recommend Window World to anyone who is looking for new windows but don’t want to break the bank.  Super company to work with!
