The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. They are very poorly managed and unprofessional. If I could give them zero stars I would. They cancelled and rescheduled on me 4 different times. The second time they cancelled and rescheduled they didn't even notify me or my wife. I had to actually call them to see if they were still installing my windows that day just to be told that my windows hadn't even come in yet. When I questioned the manager about this I was told that the reason for the delay on my windows was that the exterior paint has a 6 MONTH cure time. Anyone with a little common sense knows that it does not take 6 months for an exterior paint to cure. They have no issue blatantly lying to their customers just to cover their own a**. My wife and I had to take off 3 days of work all together for an install that lasted just a few hours. I asked if there would be any compensation for at least the time they didn't notify me of the cancellation and was told there was nothing to be done about it. We have other windows that will need to be replaced and told the manager we will not be using them for anything else, ever. I will not recommend them to anyone at all.

Do NOT use this company. I have tried to be patient and understanding but enough is enough. We met and signed contracts and was told our install date would be Oct 2020. That date came and they called to let us know that our windows were still in production and install would be pushed back to November. Ok understandable. In November, we didn’t hear anything different so we assumed we were set for our install and I took the day off work. After waiting an hour past our appointment time with no one showing, I made a phone call where I was told they were still waiting on our windows and needed to reschedule. Any business with half decent customer service would have called ahead of time but they didn’t. Instead, I missed a full day of work and had to take a vacation day for no reason. Fast forward to the next install date, we were called and told the windows had been shipped but would not be in for the scheduled date so they needed to reschedule again. Today was the fourth time we were supposed to have our windows installed. My husband called last week to make sure everything was in and we were good to go. He called again yesterday and they confirmed the windows would be installed today. He took another day off work only to get a phone call this morning that the installer called in so it would be next week before they could install them. So they only have one person who can install? It’s been one excuse after another with this company and now we’re out another vacation day, the deposit we put down, and still nothing to show for it. We will see if they show up next week. If it wasn’t for the fact that we have been waiting now for 6 months and will lose our deposit we put down, I’d say forget it and find another company to use all together. Once we get the 2 windows installed we ordered, I’ll be looking for someone else to finish the rest of the house. I will NEVER use this company again or recommend them to anyone else.

Where should I start…if I could give this place negative stars, I would. First off, I had ordered a $3500 door and the frame was scratched up and had to have touch up paint applied. We know how touch up paint works out. The Paint is also chipping off the door as well. The door has been up a month and a half. Then I had bay windows and side lights replaced, and when they caulked it, they let it run down the side of my house and the frames of my new windows. I’ve called and sent emails and spoke with the owner, and was assured it would be resolved. It’s been two months and nothing has been addressed. I know an $8,000 job may just be pocket change to this company, but I work hard for what I have, and take pride in my home. I will never refer, use or have anything good to say about this company. If it’s quality and a job well done, don’t bother.
