  Working with WMD was nothing but a positive experience. The whole team was very professional and talented. We worked with Darren to choose capping which would match our gutters/downspouts, and the ending result was the windows looked like they were always there. Throughout the project Darren also re-evaluated our specific needs and actually saved us $500 by recommending keeping the original window sills in place. So we didn’t have to pay for extra materials and labor. Only a quality company who values their customers and has integrity would do that! We loved working with a family run/operated company as well. Thank you Darren and team!

  Window Mechanics Direct (WMD) completely transformed our 100 year old home. We had 70 year old steel siding which was in disarray. WMD worked with me on so many little particular details and the many changes I had made during the design process. Darren was easy to work with and completely saw my vision and was able to have his team execute it beautifully. WMD installed new siding, new custom molding around the windows and doors, installed new doors and windows, and built a custom portico over our front door. Mike's skills are out of this world and his attention to detail is phenomenal. Nancy is so easy to work with and her skills are on point. Overall they took our house from sad and drab to gorgeous and looking brand new. Check out those before and after photos.

  I usually don't write reviews for companies I hire to do work on my house but I was so impressed with Darrin and his crew I had to give a review. I had my front bay window replaced on January 20, 2022. Darrin and his crew of two were here first thing in the morning and got right to work. They were friendly, professional, and careful with my property. They put in long hours that day to get done as much as possible stopping when they ran out of sunlight. When they left they made sure to clean any dirt from the install inside my house. Darrin came back the next morning to caulk and he did such a wonderful job. The window is beautiful. Everyone I dealt with in this company was professional and friendly. I got estimates from a few other companies and got the best price from Window Mechanics. If and when I have to replace more windows I will definitely be calling Window Mechanics to do the job.
