We had a falling down, old deck attached to our split level house - and Alex and his team built us the deck of our dreams.  Alex was so responsive and funny and nice and professional- we knew he was the right person for the job! Couldn’t be happier with how the deck, under decking and the bar his team built makes our back yard look like a resort.

Alex renovated a kitchen and three bathrooms for us. The work was very well done and we were very pleased. I found Alex as a certified installer directly from the reputable Window Factory, which guarantees high quality parts. Cert installer from the factory is ideal for the warranty terms, otherwise you would be a bouncing ball between a Factory and Installer, if lucky to exist in 12 months at all. Conversation between Alex was prompt, and to the point. Price is very fair. I had a number of quotes, including scam-National-window-installers (have direct experience with those) as well as BigStore quotes. Price vs Quality vs Transparency vs Service and Warranty was the best from W&D Outlet. Original installation was quick as promised in the quote, the job was done at high level.

At the initial inspection window quality can be described as “well-above average”, glass is clear and uniform, does not have "bending/warping" artifacts, vinyl frames have almost invisible seams where necessary, great finish overall. I have tall casements, and all moving handles as well as hinges work as they should without bending frame upon opening. Frame thickness is reasonably narrow and does not take much of glass space. In other words, area of Glass to Frame ratio is high. I ordered double pane package which serves already 6 months through winter. I'd say I am happy, no fogging inside, the frame was at room temperature inside, and windows keep heat inside quite well. I have SmartGlass, slightly tinted - they perform as advertised: protect rooms from overheating from the closest star. To give this review prospective, I had previous experience with national-window company, and I have their product installed. W&D Outlet is by far the choice to make for the piece of mind. Only thing I regret is W&DO did not pop up in my search when I needed them earlier.
