  If this company wants to get anywhere, they'll take the owner out of retirement and putting back in power. Since the owner's son has taken over the company has gone downhill and does not take care of its employees nor the customers.

  I am the Owner of the Company & just learned of this review. You seemed like a nice guy but unfortunately were unable to deliver on your promised skill set & attacking my son for your frustrations & personal problems on line is disappointing to me. I wish you well in your future endeavors.

  I just learned of this review. It was unfortunate that the sales associate did not write down everything discussed with you so we had no knowledge of the extras you wanted (& thought were included). Your issues were not with the quality of the work. Once we realized what happened we did rectify things in the interest of good business &, FYI, that associate is no longer here.
