  Willi Roofing Services replaced my rental property’s roof in Austin Texas January 2017 as part of a property insurance claim. Just 7 years later, the new roof started leaking in the master bedroom. To his credit, Tom Willi came by to examine the master bedroom ceiling leak. He told me the leak was from the attic vent cap’s design and was not a roof replacement “workmanship problem”. The recent strong winds and rain caused horizontal rain to infiltrate that particular attic vent cap because of its position in the roof. In other words, when he replaced my roof 7 years ago, he claims the new roof that he installed excludes that particular attic vent cap. If you ever consider Willi Roofing Services to replace your roof, please be aware Willi’s new roof excludes attic vent caps.

  Contacted Tom Willi Roofing, he showed and advised new roof was needed. Promised a bid to preform work. Delayed for weeks, never called back, and never returned any calls. Extremely unprofessional and no explanation as to why he cut and ran!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TOM AND TEAM!!!

  Willi Roofing did an outstanding job replacing my roof, fascia board, and window trim. I was very pleased with the quality of work and the attention Tom, the owner, paid to the entire project. He worked seamlessly with my insurance company and I barely had to lift a finger. His roofing crew worked great as a team and were very friendly. Tom's pricing was right in line with what my insurance company quoted and I felt like I got a really great deal. Willi Roofing made my overall experience very positive and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
