  I have called them 5 times over the last month for them to repair my roof under warranty and they have not called me back to schedule an appointment at all! Very poor customer service!

  Terrible service. Poor communication. Dan showed up to give an estimate for a repair without notice, despite being asked to confirm a day/time prior to coming out for the estimate. At the time of the estimate, Dan communicated that it would be "a few minute" fix when asked how long the job would take. I asked Dan to contact me to coordinate scheduling the repair, and pointed out that this was also asked of him for the estimate. I was not notified of the time of repair and my calls and text messages were ignored when I contacted the company to request to be notified of the schedule. A roofer (who was pleasant and the only redeeming quality of this company) showed up early one morning and began working on the repair without the company ever contacting me as requested. The repair took nearly two hours, which required me to change my schedule, as I had not planned for the repair to be done at the day/time the company came. When I contacted the office of the company and expressed my frustration and asked why I was not notified, the office person simply said "well, what do you want me to do?" Empathy, concern that this is the type of customer service provided, interest in finding out the cause of these errors, a desire to right the situation... any of these things would have been satisfactory responses. Would not recommend.
