  Fixed issue with my chimney. Very quick, cleaned up when done. The process was well explained and thought out. They wanted to make sure we understood exactly what he would be doing. Very professional and highly recommend and would use again.

  Whitetail did a $25,000 roofing & guttering job at my home. We found water on the soffits and pouring out behind the gutter board. Trent came out and said his work was done correctly, there would be an extra charge to correct the water leaks. There is a gap between the roof deck that they installed and the gutter board. Somehow that was my fault?? Will never use them again!! Dec. 2019

  The gap between the roof deck and the gutter board is how the house was built, not something we created. In the area of concern, we removed the old shingles and felt paper. We then went back with ice and water shield, gutter apron and the requested shingles in this area. The gutter apron covered the existing gap from the elements. From the recent snow, an ice damn occurred. Ice damns are serious issues that need addressed and not something that is caused by new roofing. We were told there was 6” of ice above the gutter and on the roof, not counting the ice in the gutter. This is a home that was recently purchased and going through the first winter, unbeknown this is an issue beyond the roofing of the home. We went out to inspect the area. We gave options to address the issue, unfortunately, these options were not taken into consideration.

  Very professional. Very informative. Quality work. Brandon explained what needed to be done and quoted a fair price. He knew what he was talking about. He communicated very well through the proces . Showed up when he said he would, and finished what he said he would do. I will definitely call them again.
