We recently used White Roofing to repair some flashing and broken tiles on our roof.
They were polite, respectful, came when they said they would and completed the job in a timely manner.
Overall, we were happy with the results and would use them again.

I had a roof installed by White Roofing in 2018 and had a leak. They have since sold their company. I called the number of White Roofing and it was a new owner with a new company name. He said he'd be up by the end of the day to look at it. I was surprised and doubtful to get that quick of a response. Never showed and never called back. I really didn't expect him to warranty their work but don't tell customers that you will be there.

Dan and the crew at White roofing did a beautiful job on our roof!! The company was professional, on time, and got the job done as promised. The cleanup was exceptional. I would hire this crew again and have already recommended them to family and friends.  Professional service and quality workmanship.

I had a great experience with White Roofing when I got my roof replaced with concrete tile last year. Everyone, from the office manager to the field crew, were professional, courteous and easy to work with. They are knowledgeable and experienced. I had 6 major projects done around the house in the past 8 years, and I have to say that White Roofing rates at the top in professionalism and a job well done. This business has been operating in Denver for decades, not just a few years, and there is a reason for its longevity. So far, I have had no problems with my new tile roof and gutters, even during the heavy rain we had recently. I highly recommend White Roofing!

We are very pleased with our new roof.  White Roofing is highly professional and they provide excellent products and service.  Dan came to my home, examined my roof, explained everything completely.  He went over what I needed, what I wanted, and what my options were.  They were able to schedule me the very next week, and my roof was finished very quickly.  It looks fantastic, and our ice sickle and water dripping problem is solved.  I highly recommend this company!!

We needed a company that could provide quick and professional service. Julianne was great to work with and even though we did not use White Roofing I know that they went above and beyond to help us. That is what customer service is and finding it these days can be so hard. But White Roofing provided a very positive impression.

This was one of the best experiences we could have hoped for in the market of hiring a contractor/business to replace our roof. It should be noted that of all the roofing companies in the Denver Metro area, White Roofing was the only referral we had from our insurance company, USAA. To us, that spoke volumes. From our initial appraisal of work that needed to be done with a fully itemized list of specific tasks to the costs of each task, we were kept informed of the planned schedule and estimated completion date. This company went above and beyond what we expected in terms of quality shingles and the addition of needed air vents on two roofs. The team of men who performed the install were friendly and courteous and we learned they had been working together for over a decade. This was not a fly-by-night operation. Considering all the "horror" stories you hear about on the news these days about homeowners being ripped-off by roofing companies - the peace of mind you can have with this company is a huge relief. We would not hesitate to recommend this Company to family and friends.

What an unpleasant group of people.  I am an insurance broker and work with roofing companies all day long... I understand that roofers in Denver are busy but I was told "they can afford to be picky" and evidently, they decided not to complete my clients roof and never bothered to notify anyone.  When I reached out to help resolve a situation I was treated very poorly, and ultimately hung up on.   We will take our business elsewhere. Yikes... what terrible customer service.

Laura,  unfortunately the insurance company you represent and whom your customer pays to insure his home has refused to pay the appropriate amount for the roof replacement.  We have done a lot of legwork on behalf of the customer in order to be able to complete his job, but the insurance company has not accepted our estimate to complete the repairs.  I have been in communication with the adjuster and requested a supplement along with a detailed explanation as to why we required the additional sum to complete the job.  Because the adjuster will not approve our request, we unfortunately are not able to complete the repairs.  There simply is not enough money in the adjustment for us to complete the work.

You have stated that we "decided not to complete the clients roof and never bothered to notify anyone."  This is completely inaccurate.
First, we never began working on this project.  Because we could not come to an agreed cost of repairs with the insurance company we have never provided the customer with a proposal and therefore do not have a contract to complete the work.
Second, On  8/9 I emailed the adjuster and stated that we were unable to complete the job for the amount of the claim, after hearing nothing back on 8/29 I notified the insurance vendor network who assigned us to the job that we were unable to complete the repairs for the adjusters estimate.  No one ever got back to me.  This unfortunate situation is not our doing.  We have offered an estimate to the insurer for the repairs, and the insurance claim is insufficient.

Had a roof replacement about 4 months ago, now that we’ve had a snow storm roof is leaking into the front room. I had to call several times to finally get through. Was told “if we can get to it we will see IF we can fix it” felt like the lady on the phone really didn’t seem to care. We will see how they handle the situation from here, but as of right now if I could give ZERO STARS I would have.

We received a request from the HOA management company at 1:26 on Wednesday, Nov 27th.  Receive one phone message from the HOA management company  5 minutes later and one from Mr. Hoskins which was promptly returned.  We had a technician on site by 4:00 pm to clear the snow and ice off of his roof.
The snow storm dropped a foot of snow and created ice dam conditions.
The new roof did not fail, this was a weather related incident.
