  Just had our roof replaced by these guys. Received a couple quotes and Schmidt Construction came in a little lower and was doing a little more. New roof, gutters and repointing chimneys. Excellent workmanship! Excellent communication! Entire crew very nice to work with! Outside of our house was cleaner than when they started 😁. Highly recommend!! Thanks guys! George and Wendy Geiple

  Very satisfied customer! Bill worked with me through the entire process, answered all my questions, and even helped me decide on colors for the roof and gutters. On replacement day, he was on the roof with his crew the entire day and made sure everything was completed properly. His foreman Shane was excellent as well and kept me informed of their progress. He even climbed into multiple attic spaces to make sure all the bathroom vents were installed properly and gables were closed off. New roof and gutters look great and I couldn't be happier.

  Our new roof looks great! I highly recommend WF Schmidt Construction. The owners, Bill & Terri, were knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We are very happy that we chose them to do our roof. It's a professional operation from the first consult to the end cleanup and it was all done in a very timely manner.
