  I have used Bill's service several times and it seemed to be OK until recently. Last May, I had a roof leak due to the loose tiles and debris on the valley. Bill did the repair but the leak at the same spot came back after 1 year. I sent Bill message and asked him to check it out. He just hang up on my follow up calls. To avoid the miscommunication, I emailed his wife Shannon with the request that Bill.call me back which he never did. Please note I asked Bill to check out the roof leak and I was not blaming him for the past leak repair. It was shocking how he handled his past work, which is totally unprofessional to say the least. I will not use him again.

  The most unprofessional contractor I have ever interacted with and I have many contractors as personal clients so I do interact with many contractors. I will not post public details due to the extreme nature of Bill's conduct, howvever I will just say I would never recommend anyone to use this company. If you need a roofer either do it yourself or find someone....Anyone ....other than Westside Construction - Roofing

  Totally unprofessional!!! Asked for a written quote on roof replacement got a leak sure on roofing...if I wanted to know that I would have went to home depot.... this guy wouldn't even let me talk.... he kept over talking me like if I was his kid...all I wanted was a quote...don't wasn't your time with this company.... bad customers service
