We contracted West Roofing to replace our 12 year old roof. The cost was pretty comparable to our built-up modified roof. The old roof had seams and penetrations all over it, from day 1. The new roof is completely seamless. I was doubtful that we would get it installed this season, as time was running out. We were able to schedule and get it installed. The crew worked over time to make sure that we were water tight. They did a nice job cleaning up. The next day it rained all day. I don't think I would ever choose another system, for a flat roof. I would highly recommend West Roofing for your commercial roofing needs! They were detailed in their inspection and made recommendations specific to the needs of our buildings. The on-site team communicated on their progress and cleaned up their entire work area when the job was complete. From the quoting stage to the final inspection, the entire West Roofing Team was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough.
