My point of contact, Billy was a pleasure to work with!  My insurance company took 6 months to assess then authorize the needed repairs.   During this whole long process Billy was knowledgeable and VERY patient!  I've only had 2 problems with West Orange throughout this entire oddessey..... Not receiving a large post installation bill ($1500.00) and having my property swept twice with a large magnet after a West Orange employee had a flat tire due to a roofing nail in my driveway!  I was very impressed with the professional service of every employee I came in contact with!  My new roof was installed in a day and a half! The roofing crew was clean and friendly! My property only had a few scraps of clear plastic "paper" floating around my yard!  I've was very impressed for the most part with every aspect of their service!

West Orange Roofing was quick to get started on  my roof however getting the permit caused a delay through no fault of their own. After permits were received I was quickly put back on the schedule  for the installation. Roof matches well and all debris  was cleaned up promptly.

West orange roofing absolutely a great company very professional three locations to serve all of Florida they did a commercial project for me at the UCF campus Orlando. This is a very important job because it was a re-roof during the summer the rainy season it was a very large roof over 120 square‘s two-story so it’s something you can’t trust to an amateur.
This Company had all the manpower they had tarps and they were in and out in 3 days
I would recommend them for any residential or commercial project whether you’re a homeowner or general contractor give Bobby the owner a call and they get get you a quote ASAP.
This isn’t your typical roofing contractor they do stuff with GPS air Google they can just look at your house From satellite pictures and tell you what it’s gonna cost or your commercial project send them your plans they do TPO, built up, tile, metal or shingles they do it all an amazing group of people

Unfortunately, I do not know if this is actually a good roofing company as I never even received a call back. I filled out the website to have an estimate done. I received an automated text that someone would reach out to me soon, but never heard from them again.

I heard great things about this company, but guess I have to use someone else due to this poor customer service. If they don’t even call me back for an estimate, I cannot imagine the communication during an actual job.

We needed to replace our roof after finding a leak in the garage. Our salesman Derrick was *always* quick to return our calls and keep us informed as to the progress of the job. He showed us photos of the damage to our roof vents, metal trim and asphalt shingles and explained how the damage had been caused and how the company would make the repairs.

They positioned the shingles on our roof a few days before the job and the night before placed. a wheeled dumpster in the driveway. The crew showed right on time (just before 7AM!) and got right to work. By mid-afternoon our entire roof (3,000 sf 2-story home) had been stripped, repaired, replaced and cleaned up.

We really like that the job was completed in one day. No blue roof tarps or being concerned the rain would come to disrupt the job or overnight leaks. They took great care to cover our landscaping and HVAC units so they would not be damaged. They were always at work and the clean-up was pheromonal. I did not find a single nail in the grass or driveway after they left.

We were prepared to have a hassle scheduling, finding materials, or dealing with the insurance company but everything was fine. The quoted price was what we were charged. There were no add-ons or unexpected charges.

Hired this company to do a repair on my father’s roof, there was 2 nails that had come up and through the shingles, after committing to have the job completed before Thanksgiving (13 days after agreeing to price) attempts to contact salesman  with no response. Called office week job was to be completed assured that repairs would be completed, did not happen. Finally Monday after Thanksgiving was able to contact salesman, someone came to do the repair did not have a ladder or the peel-n-stick felt, instead of a proper repair there was only a patch put on and charged the full price of $1900, my father paid the full amount and did not get what was contracted.

After hurricane Irma I called several roofing companies to get some estimates.  I don't know what it is about giving estimates but many roofing companies just won't do it.  When Bud from West Orange Roofing came to our home I explained to him that we were interested in receiving a written estimate.  Bud delivered immediately with no hesitation.  It reminded me of the old days when customer service was number one priority and Bud delivered 100% excellent customer service.  Bud gave us a written estimate for our roof just as we asked.  If I would have asked Bud to just work with my insurance company he would have also done this.  Bud is very knowledgeable, honest, willing and able to answer any questions that we had, was so very patient, went above and beyond and to us, is the best salesman/representative of any company that we have ever dealt with.  He definitely makes the customer feel very important and he listens and provides his feedback in a very honest and professional manner.  Bud will make sure that everything is to your satisfaction and won't leave you until everything is how you requested,  to the best of his abilities.  West Orange Roofing as a company has also gone above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied and happy with the roof we got.  It is very important to West Orange Roofing that their customers are happy and satisfied and I truly felt this from this company.  We are definitely happy customers of WEST ORANGE ROOFING and would recommend them to anyone that asked for a roofing company.
