These guys are an amazing group to work with. They helped me with deciding what to buy and what I needed, kept me informed and up to date on every little thing they ran into during my project; which turned out to be way more than anyone expected. These guys did an amazing job and my roof has never looked to so good! I am definitely having them continue to other projects I have planned for fixing up my house. Matt Richie has been the best to work with and is always keeping in touch. Thank you for all you have done and will do for me!!

Extremely responsive. We received a very good value compared to the competition. Our sales person, Jeff Alexander, had a communication style that was excellent throughout the full project. The install and cleanup was very professional and efficient. We would highly recommend.

We had received damage to our roof around our chimney from a storm. We contacted West Michigan Roofing to see if they could make the needed repairs. Upon speaking with them we were scheduled a meeting to review the work that needed to be done. I was quoted a very reasonable price for the repairs and very quickly, less than two weeks later, they were able to get started on the repairs. It was completed on the same day they started. The crew led by Manuel was very knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the repair process and even going so far as to take pictures of the process and bring them down to me on the ground. This was extremely important for me as I am disabled and cannot get up on the roof. If I had questions about the process or anything related to the job they were more than happy to answer them for me. The crew was polite and very professional. As they were wrapping up they were able to bring my husband up on the roof to make sure we were happy with the work that was done. We were beyond impressed with the level of quality and how the work was completed, it looks beautiful. Overall I am exceedingly pleased with their expediency, level of craftsmanship, and professionalism. I would and will happily recommend them to any and all who need roof work done.
