  I am very impressed with the quality of workmanship and the "hands on" attention that the owner of this company provides. Dave does not just send a crew to do the job. He is on the job and on the roof, constantly checking out every detail. When he saw something he didn't like the looks of regarding the shingles around the power supply pole, he personally re-did that area. I would recommend West Coast Roofing to anyone that wants quality and competitive pricing. You will get personal attention and a beautiful new roof that is professionally installed. I am not related, have no connections, and never met them before having them referred to me. Thank you West Coast Roofing !

  David Wallen is the best roofing contractor! This is the second roof that he has put on for us (the first one lasted over 20 years!)--both times it has been a great experience. The workers did a great job and cleaned up everything after the tear off and and again after getting the shingles put back on. So if you are looking for a roofing contractor don't look any farther--they are the BEST!!

  I asked them to inspect my roof and give me a price for repairs. He took almost three weeks to complete the inspection and quoted me $500.00. I told them to get it scheduled ASAP as we were entering hurricane season, and to call me so I could be present for the repairs. After having to call three more times and four weeks later, I received a call today at 4:30 from them that the job was finished at 8:30 this morning. I had just been to the condo at 11:00 to collect rent from my tenant, and she informed me they had been there this morning. The job was not completed and they had replaced two shingles on the front mansard and one piece of soffit. The roof and back mansard had not been touched. When they called at 4:30 to tell me the job was complete, I explained that I was at the property and it was not finished. Dave got on the phone and said that he was only aware of the missing shingles on the front mansard and the one missing piece of soffit. I asked why I had not been called so I could be there and he said he know nothing about that, I told him to ask Kim about that. He said that the $500 was only for the repairs he did and he would have to go back out and give me a new cost estimate for the rest of the roof. When I told him that was not acceptable, he said that I could find someone else to repair the roof and that I would not have to pay him for the work that was done. I told him I thought that was s good idea, as I don’t know why he didn’t inspect the entire roof in the first place. Do not do business with these people. Very poor office structure and no organization at all.

  Sorry for the miscommunication He thought he was repairing the correct location and doing an extra soffit repair at no charge. We have been here since 1971 and strive to offer great workmanship
