  Mr, Steve and his crew did a phenomenal job removing and replacing our 19 year old roof - WOW!!!!! His quote for the scope of work was Spot-On. As can happen once in a while, some unforeseen repairs came up during the work, but Mr. Steve and the crew took care of the issues and we were not charged additional labor or material fees - none of that stuff we heard from other roofer quotes, such as "well, if we find hidden problems, your end costs can change". Mr. Steve was there every day with his crew, starting work promptly until completion of the roof, which took less than a week, and we have a REALLY big roof! Mr. Steve's crew kept the worksite spotless, and cleaned up everything each day as they moved through the job. When the work was complete, there was no evidence that Wells Roofing had been there except for a brand new beautiful roof. His crew were complete gentlemen and worked really hard.
