  Based on their good track record and quality of work we chose Welch Construction for our renovation project in our building. They did everything from roofing to concrete work and all of it was completed in a timely manor. Dan, Kara, and Mark were a pleasure to work with and were always available when i had questions. I am very pleased with the outcome

  Everyone that I spoke/worked with was wonderful. They didn't beat around the bush, and had a super straight forward approach to everything. If an idea of mind didn't seem quite right or fitting, they would flat out tell me and offer other options or input on how to improve. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
