  They look legit...' Florida’s Chief Financial Officer announced the arrests of Brian Webb and Brandon Jourdan of Webb Roofing and Construction. The men are charged with nine counts of fraud and are accused of promising homeowners new roofs with no deductible as long as the homeowner submitted a full roof replacement claim to their insurance company, and signed over insurance claim rights to Webb Roofing and Construction.

  They start off strong but finish weak. They hooked me up with an attorney to deal with my insurance. They moved quickly once the insurance agreed to pay for a new roof. They installed it quickly. However, that is where the details come up. We had a whole section on the corner of the rood that wasn't finished. Maybe 3 X 2 feet under the front bedroom window. I told the crew chief and he said he would take care of it. Nothing happened. Called their office and told them they needed to finish that section of roof. Another month nothing. Met Chris P. doing another job on my street and he said he would make it happen. That's three times no action. My wife emailed the office for the fourth try. Still waiting. There was also 4 broken tiles on our rood and I went ahead an installed new tiles myself. Also the air vent wasn't painted according to HOA Rules. I guess I will have to go up on the second story roof and paint it myself.

  This roofer got banned from Collier County bc I had to make a report after I found out that they had no permits to do interior repairs which I needed, and they kept me waiting the owner said if I pulled off the floor he would do repairs for less which i did and flooring was never put in the ventilating fans in the attic were removed and still missing the soffit fascia and gutters were not put back everything was a wait wait wait while the home sat in disrepair the roof got done but they charged more than what was agreed. Im still dealing with repairs now after Irma and Webb Roofing. The owner wanted me to sign off so he dealt w my insurance directly. I called Collier County and they cited them and revoked their permit to work in this County bc he had a signed contract to do interior repairs which he had no permit to do that type of work here unbeknown to me and until the County told me they were doing illegal things with what I had told them. They are a company that came from Oklahoma when Irma happened a person that I know of used them and was happy but she didn't have the extense of damage I had. Ive had to repair and pay out of pocket bc he took $78.000 of $98000 the insurance gave for repairs leaving me to repair the rest out of pocket he took money and the repairs was not done only the roof I had floors in the inside that needed to be done I had drywall that needed to be replaced insulation as well soffit fascia gutters the wood around the fascia area has rotted since they didnt put any fascia always had me looking up prices when I dont work for the company I was a paying customer that was being robbed blind thinking they were here to help being that Collier County gave them permits to work here i figured they verified everything and for 3 years almost 4 since Irma I lost rental income of two other apartments and I still have interior damage that will have to be out of pocket bc they took the money and until this is not settled I was loosing. I had to take money out of pocket for interior repairs and materials to do the repairs to make it livable and rentable. His partner came banging at my door angry after the County fined them and banned them from Collier County. Im not bad mouthing them im just speaking the facts of what this Webb Roofing owner did to me as a triplex home owner. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY BEWARE!!!! So do you remember my call 3 years ago? Im sure you do Mr Webb because I reported you. The lawyers will be handling this its a process but whats right is right and whats wrong is wrong takes time to get it resolved but in the meantime I was loosing out from damages and now from the roofers actions set me back more just when I thought the worst was over it was just restarting. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY NOT EVEN TO MY WORST ENEMY. NEVER!!!
