  I spent several hours emailing, talking to, and meeting with a representative of Weathercheck. She never got back to me after several calls and emails, so I called the office to find out what was going on. The very pleasant woman who answered the phone told me that the staff member with whom I was working left Weathercheck, but thAt the owner would be calling me the following week. I called ten days later and was told that he would be in touch with me the following Monday. That was over three weeks ago. This highly unprofessional experience motivated me to let others know so that they won’t similarly waste their time.

  This company came highly recommended to reroof my home. I contacted them, they couldn’t do the work, but recommended a subcontractor of theirs, and suggested I work directly with him. I thought this was a generous gesture. However, the subcontractor did not perform to Weather Check’s standards. Nevertheless, even though Weather Check was not directly involved, they stood behind their recommendation and rectified the problem. I couldn’t have asked for more.

  Mr. Mike Mayo is the president here, and has much hands on control. It is a small company, but of the highest quality: no question about this, and on all known facets. They are polite, honest, upfront, hard working, giving a high quality job, and will work with the house owner to make sure they are pleased. They have price guarantees, as well as huge warranties. Weathercheck did my Dad's house in New London, in 2012, and shortly before he would pass... my Dad and I had decided for a particular type of asphalt shingle roof, but after one or two days operation, during a nighttime conference, I persuaded my Dad it would be a good idea to switch from one type of shingle to another. And so the next day, we contacted Mr. Mayo, and he was fairly cool with this, and handled it very well. Where they had placed down shingle type 1 was fortunately *not* on a very visible section of the roof, so they swapped out what they had delivered, for shingle type 2. Mr. Mayo was concerned, then, with maintaining his quoted price, yet he did. The prices are somewhat higher with Weathercheck, as compared to other roofers, true. Yet what you get is a lot of quality, hard work, and truthfulness. My highest recommendation.
