  A few years ago, we had a new roof installed by WCC. Just recently we had a problem with water coming in from the ceiling. We made several calls and it took them three weeks to finally send someone out. The problem appears to be fixed; however, they are insisting it is a problem with a window. I’ve had another roofer give me their opinion and their professional judgement is that it is not related to the window. The window is below the roof line and the water damage is on the ceiling of our bedroom. We made them aware of another issue with the roof pouring directly onto the electrical weather head showing them a video. This was given to the technician that was dispatched and he reassured us that he would show it to his manager and someone would be contacting us (it has now been over two weeks). We would not recommend doing business with WCC.

  WCC Roofing is fantastic! We recently had an issue and not only did they take my call before 7:30 am, but was at the house and took care of the situation before noon.   Jake was referred to me by an insurance agent. He came out and did a thorough inspection of my roof. He was upfront and honest with me about the condition of my roof. He told me, my roof had a 2-3 year life expectancy left. I really appreciated his time and knowledge.
