  We recently found out we had wind damage to our roof. Our insurance company told us to contact roofing companies to get quotes to have our roof replaced. I called another company out of Sioux City that didn’t even want to come out to look at our roof (we live in Onawa) until our insurance company came back with their assessment. I called Watertight and Dave came out the very day we called him. He got up on our roof and looked at everything. He explained everything to us and what we should expect to happen during our claim. He didn’t even have the job yet or know how much our insurance was going to cover yet. He spent at least an hour with us explaining everything and telling us to do our research and let him know if we would like to work with him. (He had our business as soon as he left because he actually took his time and cared to educate us) Our insurance company came back with their assessment and it did not include everything that Dave told us to watch for. We contacted Dave and he went to work with our insurance company to make sure everything was covered and we were getting the same high quality of shingles that we originally had. He went above and beyond to track down the color/style of shingles we wanted. We have a very good insurance company as well and between the two of them everything was painless for us. Our shingles were delivered and placed on top of our roof on a Friday. Luke and his crew showed up on Monday and we had our top of the line roofing system installed by mid afternoon on Tuesday!! They found we needed plywood on part of our roof or it would have all been done in a day! We have a pretty large ranch style house with a hip roof it was a big job and they made very quick work of it! Our lawn was cleaner when they left then it was when they arrived! Luke was not above picking up trash In our lawn and was always happy to help his guys get the job done! My husband was thrilled that they cleaned out our gutters for us and trimmed our pine tree that was hanging over our roof. We could not be more appreciative of Dave, Luke and all of the guys in their crew! They were a joy to work with and answered so many questions along the way for us! From the moment we knew we needed a new roof to having it finished was less then a week and a half!! We will always recommend Watertight to anyone who needs any work done!! Dave and Luke take a lot of pride in their work and will make sure you are taken care of!

  I would 100 percent recommend Watertight Roofing to anyone that needs roof installation completed. Dave went above and beyond to work with our insurance company to ensure everything was covered by insurance. The installation crew worked until the job was completed the same day they started. Watertight Roofing will be the only company I call in the future for any roofing needs.

  Will always recommend this company to anyone looking for roof repair/replacement! Dave is very responsive, honest, and easy to work with. We knew exactly what to expect throughout the entire process, and he strives for perfection and pays attention to detail- from start to finish. His crew was efficient, polite, and respectful of our property. Impressed with clean up- each evening as well as when the the entire project was complete. Highly recommend Watertight!
