  He does not show up. Paid him 2500 in cash and he did about 500 and he refused to refund after I had to fire him and call the police. Good lluck.

  He does good work, works fast once he is there, and at a good price. However, he does NOT communicate - at all. His voice mail is full, he does not text, and he never answers the phone. When he is on the job he will work 10am-midnight until it is done. But he may not show up for weeks after
