We live in the mountains and came to town in search of these Kayaks and we received amazing help from Margaret in the sporting goods section. She looked all over the store since we wanted 4 of this particular one. Then she found a cart and helped bring them out with us to car. This young lady went above and beyond providing excellent and friendly service. Thank you Margaret!

Appreciate all of the help today at the Mulberry Walmart. This was my first time at this location and we received help at every turn. From the knowledgeable and helpful gentleman in the automotive section, to the kind young lady at customer service, and in the end the nice garden center guys who helped us get the 10 ft pergola into the Jeep, they were all fabulous. Good people make a challenging day a brighter day. Thanks all around.

From the greetings at the front door and friendly smiles at customer service desk—I’m blown away at this Wal-Mart!!
The store manager himself helped me buy THE RIGHT jump starter for my car (he was with me for about 10 minutes, (before he ran by another customer who needed help) he eventually checked me out and was very SINCERELY polite!!

I think his name was Jason—excellent example of customer service and Wal-Mart values!! Not TOO BUSY to get in and get his hands dirty—I admire that in management leadership!!

I manage to find what I want and need, usually the first time. Recently, I couldn't find a frozen item and within days it was available. Prices are usually best at Walmart. Thanks for good prices and selection.

I went shopping here and got charged twice for the purchase, over $150.  I went back and showed them my bank statement on my phone. They said I'll need to come back and show them the receipt in person. Went home and found the receipt came back showed them the receipt they said they don't see any double charges, they'll show it to a manager and I can call the next day instead of coming in. Talk to the manager the next day and they say they can't do anything about it. They give me a phone number to call. They gave me the wrong number by mistake. I tried calling Walmart back three times but couldn't get a hold of them for nearly 45 minutes to get the correct number. I finally talked to someone and they said sorry we gave you the wrong number. I called the number and talked to a lady for 15 minutes. She finally says that's not my department I can't help you with that.  She said she would transfer me to someone who could. Wait time was too long for me to sit on the phone so I opted for them to call me back. They never called me back. At this point I've talked to at least 8 people and spent hours trying to figure this out.  Still haven't figured it out.

Update: I had to go through my credit card to get a refund.  Walmart officially can't do anything about getting double charged.  Once again I was able to provide my receipt and bank statement. My receipt was checked and marked by an employee on my way out and I had another employee follow me from the register to help me load a heavy item into my truck.
