  Everything you need without having to use Amazon or travel far. Fun store and great selection of kid toys. Prices were super reasonable. Staff was semi friendly

  Recently made a big purchase here. TJ and the crew we more than helpful going above and beyond in answering all my questions, making me feel valued to spend my money there and even throwing in a few fun things to add value to the purchase. I appreciate this crew very much and all the hard work they do. Never have had an issue with service and when I have had issues with a purchase they ALWAYS make it right. Great business. Asset to the community.

  Ive never engaged with business who's employees were so absolutely rude and dismissive. I called, they answered the phone and hung it up without a word. I called back and an extremely sour girl answered the phone and I said I needed to speak to retail and inquired as to why I was hung up on with neither myself nor the person who answered the phone speaking a word to which she replied in the snottiest tone i'd heard in years, "I don't know but you are talking so retail now so what do you want?" Turns out these folks have a reputation in the community for their horrendously poor attitudes and behavior. It's apparently bad enough people will drive out of their way down to Joseph so they don't have to deal with them.
