  BEWARE of this business. It’s owner, Nathaniel Wagner, makes promises that he never keeps. We signed a contract in June 2021. We’ve gave him a deposit and a second payment, and have an incomplete project that has sat in this state since 11/17/21. COUNTLESS times he said “see you tomorrow”, “on my way”, “loading up the trailer be there soon” to have nobody show up. You said you were working on our project until it was complete. The day our second check cleared was the last day you worked here. A windy day, is ONE day so where were you the next day? Always an excuse and NO action to fulfill your end of the deal. Never offered solutions to finish the work he started. And thanks for the offer to work for free. You didn’t work when we paid you, how do you expect me to think you’ll work for free now? I sent a letter requesting a refund outlining what was done and amount owed. We agreed to a time for him to pick up his equipment and bring the refund. He came to get the tools and gave no refund. Told me to call his attorney. All this would have been avoided if you did what we agreed to on our contract, and gave the refund you said you were coming to give. Now we have to take things to the next step due to your negligence

  I hired Nate Wagner from Wagner Built Construction back in March/April 2021. I was promised the work would be done before winter 2021 as I feared that our deck wouldn't make it through the winter. He assured me it would be well done before then. At this point in time he's taken thousands from my family and he's done no work. The promises to start the work started in May 2021. I would constantly reach out as I was wondering where he was and looking for updates. He did respond most of the time but not always timely. However, there was always a different reason he couldn't start or a false promise that he was starting soon. Some of the excuses he gave were due to delays from covid, a hurt worker, lack of staff, issues with his truck, needing to see a dentist, etc. The list goes on. He knew all of these were obstacles before he signed a contract with me and even after. I just wish I knew because I wouldn't have signed a contract with him considering my situation. I'm shocked he continued getting others to sign new contracts with him without disclosing any of this or simply being up front that it would take months and months before he could do the work. At this point in time he won't refund my money as he said he'd already put all the money into the supplies he bought. However, similar to others he can't provide proof of all the supplies he bought. I feel as if I was taken advantage of. I pray he does the right thing and pays me back as well as others in the same situation as me.

  Nate is a professional SCAM artist. He stole 15k of our money. He provides lies upon lies, excuse upon excuse. We have asked for our money back but he refuses so we now have taken legal action. We are not the only ones he has scammed out of thousands of dollars either, there are several of us. He has a criminal record and is currently dealing with several lawsuits against him. Also gave us fraudulent certificate of liability insurance which is illegal. Do not give this shell of a man a single penny! Learn from our mistake. We've been dealing with this guys deceit and lies since this summer.

  I appreciate your kindness towards us. SCAM artist right! Nothing about your review is true. Your entire job was under that amount and we certainly didn't get paid for the entire project. The entire structure is built dried in and deck framing done. We haven't completed in an ordinary fashion you are correct im only one man in a difficult time where i cant find much help.How did i scam your project its very far in, i never received full payment. I offered to meet with Matt and come to an agreement for some payment back and offered to work for free no charge with your husband. FREE! Because i feel bad its taken longer than expected. Very hard time finding any quality help and reputable to our standards. It would have got completed eventually. Im doing the best i can sorry its not fast enough. Nys keep giving everyone free bees while every small business struggles. Its been horrible weather also 50mph winds a couple days sorry i wasn't risking injuries, thats all lies right? We missed some days that we were supposed to be there yes, covid scares weather and mechanical failure on my vehicle. All lies what good would i get out of lying? Have you personally even talked to me for more than 2mins 2 times?..If anyone wants proof of anything feel free to contact me.
