  UPDATE 1/13/2022 Ken has reached out to me yesterday. 1/12/2022. Wanted to come out today 1/13/2022 and fix the gutters. He said it was going to be in the 40's and the shingles would be flexible. I informed him I do not want the gutters fixed during the winter months. It been since the end of 2019. Shingles been baking for 2 summers. Lifting the shingles to place straps under shingles can cause more damage with them breaking. Don't like new straps to be screwed in the roof while cold then summer comes, and wood expands. I do not think the roof could warm up enough in just a few hours. It like when you lay flooring.. needs to sit in the room for what 72 hours before you install it. He agreed to wait for warmer weather. He agreed in the spring they would come out to fix gutters. My review: Not impressed at all… Huge mistake hiring a contractor that uses subcontractors. This project was a Complete tear-off and install… all new OSB boards before installing new roof and all new gutters. Replace any rotten facia boards. The works. When I saw they finished the roofing and did not install any straps under the shingles for the gutters. I e-mailed Ken stating I do not want the straps installed over the new roof. Ken called me and he stated they had special straps that go under the new roof. They are not installing the straps over the new roof do not worry. I received an email do I have any warranty concerns. Wrote them my concern is the screws and straps on top of my new roof. The straps bent the new roof. The gutter was pouring water between the gutter and the new roof. The gutter not level and pitched towards the house. Kens gutter sub popped out few days after that. He was checking why the gutter water was draining towards the house, he stated the gutters needed cleaned… That was true but the gutter not leveled and will overflow in towards the house if backed up. When I asked Kens gutter sub about what he was going to do with the straps on the new roof, he stated that was an agreement I made with Ken. He had not that agreement with Ken. Not his problem. I expected better just $45.00 shy of paying these people $17,000. Here how they left it.

  Kevin was very knowledgeable and helpful during the process of getting a new roof. The crew was fast and cleaned up very well. They had the roof done in a day and it looks great. Price was great and they used quality roofing materials. I will definitely use them again. Call Kevin, he will take good care of you.

  Ryan with Wabash Valley Exteriors was amazing! I initially called WVE because my roof was leaking. Within an hour Ryan was at my door, took a look at it, and diagnosed the problem. He was back a day later (when the roof was dry) and repaired it in 15 minutes. It hasn't leaked since! Ryan then came back and cleaned my gutters. He was quick, neat, and as you can see from the pictures, he did a great job!
