  Aaron and Trevor were wonderful. Their attention to detail was exceptional and they showed a great deal of concern for our desires. They worked together as a well oiled team and completed a complicated job ahead of schedule. We were very impressed. They were a pleasure to have here giving our home a new look.

  We first asked for an estimate in February. They sent out an estimator who was friendly and everything seemed fine. Then a month passed with no word. I sent an email to ask for an update. They explained they were short-staffed and that the estimator had gotten sick. Two weeks passed. The estimator finally called and wanted to come out again because he couldn't remember which house we were. After jogging his memory, he said that the estimate would be forthcoming. Another two weeks passed with nothing. I then called the office and was told they were still pending on bids for materials from subcontractors. Another two weeks passed. Today I just got a call from a different person at Voss saying that they were still waiting on those bids for materials. If just the estimate takes this long, with such poor communication, I can't imagine how they would be once the actual job started.

  Great experience! I hired Voss because my dryer had no access to an outside vent. The project required cutting a few openings in the foundation, and a lot of work inside a tiny crawlspace. Jim and Sammy were excellent! They figured out a plan and kept me in the loop as they were working. They also got the entire job done in one day! I will definitely use them for future home improvements.
