  Vision Exteriors was contracted to do some vinyl siding and install new gutters with leaf guard. During and after each job I noticed issues. When attempting to work out how to get things corrected the service, communication, and quality from the owner and teams were both very poor. 1. Siding team was supposed to cut wet wood damage out from dormers and replace with plywood as specified in the contract before installing siding and they were caught trying to just cover everything up. We made them leave to get plywood to do it right. 2. Siding team did not seal the windows with caulk leaving the gap for rain to flow behind the siding from the window weep holes and general rain fall. I had to do this step myself after weeks of waiting on the team to proper ladders so my shingles would not get broken. Gutter work and leaf guard work was a nightmare. 1. Gutter corners leaked all around the house and the down spouts from the higher-level gutters to lower were not installed. This took weeks before the came back and fixed those issues. 2. Next rainfall I noticed water getting behind the gutters on the facia board. Again, weeks waiting before the team arrived to fix this and there was no notice when the team arrived which caused me to miss a class I pay to attend. When I mentioned this, I was unapologetically told that everyone is busy. There was no apology from the team or the business owner about not responding and just showing up weeks later. 3. These corrections were not done right from the second trip as water continued getting behind the gutters and I learned the leaf guard was not installed properly up front nor corrected properly on the return trip. They were pushing up the shingles and causing water to flow backwards under the shingles. At this point I decided that if you need something done right, you have to do it yourself so I tried to have the owner come out and show him some of what I had found at this time and requested a refund of some money to cover cost to get things corrected properly since I can’t rely on poor communication and below quality repair jobs continuing. That request was not met fairly nor did the outcome leave me feeling comfortable with my decision to use Vision Exteriors. I've worked too hard repairing the facia board that was damaged from previous owner negligence and I just want things done correctly on my house. 1. I have had inspection work done and also learned they incorrectly told us to remove old drip edge because they didn’t want to take the time to work with it so now the house does not have drip edge installed, which is construction code in many states now. 2. They found the gutter team caused a very large break in my shingles and never advised anyone of the corner break. 3. They missed installing one of the gutter brackets and left it in the gutter. 4. They found spots where the team had drilled in screws then decided to place a mount in a different spot but did not seal the holes allowing water intrusion. 5. It was also found that during the leaf guard installation in some areas they crammed it up under the shingles pushing and damaging the roof sheathing/shingle underlayment. It seems I'm better off spending my weekends doing the work myself then paying a company to come out. If you’re looking for gutter work or siding, you may call someone else unless you want to chance problems being covered up or jobs not being done right without inspection and not fixed correctly after. I cannot recommend Vision Exteriors for any home job nor repair work as I don’t feel the outcome can be trusted without professional inspection following the work.

  My home was needing some repairs, but I wasn't sure what I wanted to do. I saw some siding work done by Vision Exteriors and was very impressed, so I called. I was really nervous about such a big decision. Josh took the time to explain everything in detail. He didn't rush or act like he was bothered by my many questions. After considering my options, I knew I wanted siding, windows and gutters. Josh kept me informed through the whole process and the crew he has working for him were so polite, did a wonderful job and cleaned up after themselves, which to me was a relief since other people I've hired for remodeling were not so thorough. Josh and his crew have mutual respect for each other and when I saw them interacting, I knew they were all working to provide me with the best quality service. Josh has gone above and beyond through the entire process and paid close attention to the tiny details that were important to me. Many of my neighbors have commented on the quality of the work and how much they like the improvements. I'm so happy about my decision and proud of my home. The idea of no painting and a 20 year warranty gives me peace of mind as well. I highly recommend Vision Exteriors if you want to improve your home with quality products and service.

  My husband and I were very pleased with our experience with Vision Exteriors from start to finish! When we called for a quote, Josh was able to come out quickly and give us a very reasonable price. We were especially happy with how down to earth and kind he was during the whole process. We are in love with the color of our new siding! It definitely gave our house a much needed "facelift"!
