  I have some older type windows made by the Vinyl Sash Company back in the early 80s. The windows perform well still. I had 2 Windows replaced by vinyl sash last September 2018 because the glass was broken and they did a good job on putting the frames back together and everything was good. I called 11-11-19 and asked if they had the latch for that window and the lady said we don't support that window anymore and they haven't supported it in a while. It's a special latch, and I can't find it in any Hardware or big-box store. I wish I would have known this last year when I had two broken windows replaced by them in Sept 2018. The lady sounded like she could care less whatsoever. I asked if I could speak to one of their older service guys to get a idea where to locate a latch. And she said no one would be able to help me. My experiences is somebody knows where I can get that latch, that's all I need I just put over $200 in those windows it would be nice if I could seal them for the winter with a new latch. I think the company is good still. Just thought I would get more of helpful response
