  Mike and Katie Vining are the best! My wife and I contracted Vining Construction to be our general contractor for the complete tear down and reconstruction of our 1928 era 1050 sq ft San Roque two bedroom, one bath home. Mike and his crew transformed the old termite ridden hovel into an amazing 3 bedroom, two bath updated and modern beautiful "forever home." Not only is Mike an expert builder, adept at navigating the city's ordinances and overwhelming regulatory requirements, but is kind, patient and extraordinary helpful working with the customer. Katie and Mike go beyond the expected to help the layperson in understanding all that is involved in their home restoration. I can't recommend them enough to anyone seeking to rebuild or renovate their home. After interviewing four other contractors, Mike and Katie were hands down the very best. There are no others like them. Highly-qualified and recommended. You can't go wrong with Vining Construction.
