We had a weird leak on our office roof and they came out to assess it, then had their guys fixing it. Professional, quick and nice guys. Responsive! Because we'd been ghosted by several other roofing companies so it's great to find a professional company. Def worth hiring if you need someone for your roof!

Gilbert and his crew were always on time and Professional. My husband explained what he needed to be done on the roof and he did it.

His office staff's are very professional mannerisms. If they are not there they will return your call right away or send you an email. Thank you

Never ever ever deal with this company! How they have any good reviews is suspicious or the homeowners are clueless about roofing and costs. This person named Gilbert, the licensed roofer, was asked to inspect a roof and advise the cost of repairs with a 2 year roof cert. He asked for $500 upfront to show up and would apply this to the cost of repairs. His repair quote was for $3000 and gave a whole detailed explanation of what he would do. He NEVER provided a written estimate or written explanation of work required and asked for the total cost of this job UPFRONT! The contractor sent 2 guys who were on the roof for less than 90 minutes and left. When I inspected their work I nearly puked!  See the picture. They simply laid non matching composition roofing right over the existing bad roof creating all kinds of lumps and for this 90 minute work, the cost was $3000? The roofer to this day has not provided me with a work order and now doesn't return calls. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the State Contractors Board and will be going after his Bond to get refunded and maybe reimbursed to remove his shoddy work and use a real professional to correct his job. He was also not legally allowed to collect the $3000 upfront according to the contractors board so hopefully I will get some relief from them. In the meantime, stay away from this company and Gilbert Villareal at all costs!! Terrible is an understatement!

This guy who clams to be somebody has nothing to do with this property I changed for the inspection the gave the owner a proposal in writing and they signed it. The one picture he shows is only one aspect of all the repairs and maintenance we did to the whole roof. so they can get a Two roof certification,Witch they got I have proof from the real estate agent and the owners  signature. Also copy’s of the the signed contracts. This guy whoever he is is no roofer. Now he want to Sandler me and my company. unfortunately there’s all kinds. They want everything under the sun then get upset on cost when they could of got another company to give or do the work. FYI we respond within 24 hourS.

Was having problems with prior contractor c s p Construction I contact Villareal Roofing company they came and right away I installed my roof never was so happy they took care of my stress and headaches that I was dealing with prior contractor and that when on believe it or not for 6 months

Very bad experience with this company. My home warranty had chosen them to repair my roof leaks.  I called them to schedule an appointment. When the appointment date came no one ever showed up or called me telling me that they were not going to show up. I had to call them and ask why no one showed up. After missing a full day of work, they told me that they couldn't make it because there was a possible chance of rain.  They then told me that they could come on a saturday if there was a break in the weather. It did not rain at all that day and I stayed home waiting for their call but again no one called me to inform me that they were not going to show up.  After a week, I called them and asked why they had not shown up. The girl on the phone told me that she wasn't aware that they never showed up to my house. She then scheduled someone to come the following day at 11 am. They were suppose to show up at 11 and they did not show up until 1 pm. When the guy came I showed him where the roof leaks were located. He immediately informed me that I have to pay him 60 dollars for showing up. He went on the roof and started taking pictures. He then informed me that we had cracked tiles. He soon left and told me he was going to give his report to the home warranty company. After a short while, home warranty called me saying that they were not going to cover the cost of the repair due to the report that was given to them. The home warranty company said that the Villareal reported that the tile was caused by a falling branch or due to wind. (There are no trees near my home. They also mentioned that the report stated that there were 15 tiles that were broken and missing. There were no broken tiles nor were there any missing. He showed me all the pictures he took and they were all cracked and there were only 5 tiles that he showed me that were cracked.  The home warranty company declined the claim due to false reports from the roofer. Villareal made a false report so that they could get more money from the warranty company but in reality their greed caused me not to get my roof fixed by my home warranty company. Also, I spent 60 dollars for I guy to tell me that we had cracked tiles when I was already aware of.  I gave this company three chances to give me good business. If I were you I wouldn't give them a chance at all. I do not recomend this company. Stay away.

They fixed my house in a timely manner so If your looking for great service and quality work then this is the company that will get the job done, there very reliable.
