  Well I have a little bit of a different review. Today I was at the transfer station dumping my elderly neighbors Appletree of which I really didn't want to make two trips so I packed that dang thing in there so tight (480 lbs of branches). No good deed goes unpunished, right? I was struggling but was determined to get those branches out, definitely not as quick as I planned. A member of this team came to offer his help. I can not thank him enough, I was stressing that I may now be late to school pick up. He had a smile on his face the whole time and was just so nice, in fact the whole team was they caught my eye earlier working together busting a move on their dump trailer load. They finished before we where able to and patiently waited, I felt so bad. Three other construction companies where near me and not a single one even noticed, they came and went. I cant thank you enough for going above, beyond and outside of your duties. I will definitely be using you in the future for any roofing or gutter needs. Just goes to show what kind of values this company and its employees have and that there still are a few good (and hard working) humans around!

  We live in a repurposed church that was built in 1893 and is over 4,000 square feet in size with a steep pitched roof. Our structure is deemed historic so there were limitations on what we could and could not do. We were allowed to cover most of our roof with composition roofing material but were required, by the city, to shingle the most visible portion of the structure with cedar shingles. The employees from View Top Construction did a great job with the composition and cedar roof. The crew was very conscious about our plants and preventing shingles from going into our neighbor's yards. The crew came early and worked late to accomplish the work in a respectable amount of time. The crew did an excellent job of cleaning up at the end of each day. Our house looks so much nicer now that it has been reroofed. Facia boards were replaced before the new gutters were installed and flashing was installed in all appropriate places--nice work. Thank you View Top Construction!

  So glad we found View Top Construction to replace our roof. Jose was quick to come out and gave us a quote within two days. It was the least expensive quote ($10,000 cheaper then the highest bid!) and included replacement of some plywood. And the quote matched the finale price. The crew worked twelve hours days and busted it out in two days. Made me tired just watching them. The roof and gutters look great. Don't replace your roof without getting a quote from these guys.
