  They came out and inspected, and told me I would get the report the next day in my email, well that never happened. Called them and said I never got that email report. They said, uh they never sent it to you? I said no. They say would call.me back and get that over to me , and still never got it. Very bad communication, and commitment to there customers. Well, I'm still waiting, and I shouldn't have to go through this and hold there hands.
