  Poor quality. I told them about my concerns and gave them an opportunity to fix them but they didn’t find anything wrong with it. I got a second and third opinion and ended up hiring someone else to fix their poor job that should’ve been done correctly in the first place. They also left a huge mess that I had to clean up; tons of nails, plastic, shingles, cigarette butts, coffee cup. There’s still plastic in a tree that I can’t get to. The guys were friendly but their work was poorly lacking.

  Brittany, I am so sorry you had a negative experience, we truly strive to deliver a good product and good service. However, your review isn’t 100% truthful, yes there were a couple issues, all of which we weren’t made aware of until several weeks after the job was completed and we sent the invoice to collect payment. The “mess” that was left was 2 shingle wrappers that blew away and cigarette butts that we’re missed. Nobody’s perfect and if we would have been notified of this we would have sent someone right away to address it. The other issues had to deal with some flashing that wasn’t done as well as it should have been and a few nail heads that needed sealed and were missed. Again, these issues were never brought up until payment was requested several weeks later and would have been addressed right away had we been notified. We strive to do a great job and truly want customers to be as happy as possible, but we have to know what the issues are when they happen so that we can fix them. When these issues were brought up, we apologized sincerely and offered to come fix them right away, at our cost, but you would not let us and instead wanted to take money off the invoice. Again, we apologized for the inconvenience and wanted to make it right with you the best way we can, but you wouldn’t allow us to do so and just wanted money taken off your invoice, which as of this review still hasn’t been paid. We allowed you to reduce the bill at what is about 10% of the job costs when the issues you are talking about are about 1% of the actual job. Again, I apologize for your negative experience and pray a peace for you and your family, we attempted to make it right, but we’re not allowed to do so. There were mistakes made and we do care how everything looks and how customers feel, but we can’t fix something we don’t know about or are told we’re not allowed to try, then just want a discount. Nobody is perfect, but we do try our best and will always try to fix anything that needs fixed to make our customers happy.

  I am a new homeowner. Victory Home Improvement was recommended to me by a friend. She'd used them a few times before, and now I understand why. When I called, I was relieved to learn that Aaron could inspect my roof the same day. He was not only on time, but he also came dressed with a mask and completed the examination fast.

  Matt and his colleagues did an outstanding job. I provided them a big list of repairs to begin with, and they were able to complete all of them, then I added to it. Very quick to respond to queries and follow up. They always provided detailed reports on the work they performed and adhered to the time frames they were given. I would strongly advise everyone to use Victory Home Improvement!
