  I cannot recommend VAS Contracting enough! Victor and Angela deserve 10 stars, they went above and beyond every step of the way. We previously hired another contractor who we paid and didn’t finish the work so we were very nervous, but Angela gladly sent their proof of license and insurance to ease our minds. They gave us a quote within a few days of our initial contact, they told us up front that we were looking at a 4 week wait before they began which ended up being shorter. We really appreciated the up front transparency. There were no hidden fees at the end, the estimate / contract we were given was what we paid. While they were working on the house, we decided we wanted them to help us with more work and they quickly got us estimates for the extra work and they got the work done quickly as well. Lastly, we worked with them remotely and they shared photos about materials and the finished product. We asked Angela if she had a recommendation for a cleaning company and she offered to do it for a competitive rate! They also offered to mow our lawn! The list of positives is endless. Truly no negative feedback in our experience. Overall VAS Contracting is experienced, professional, a Good value, and responsive. Hire them today!

  We are very pleased that we chose VAS Contracting for some water damage repairs. They were responsive to our challenges as the job progressed. When we had additions and changes in the plans scope Victor was there to handle it like a pro. Work quality was great. We are looking forward to our future projects. I will recommend to friends.

  The staff were professional in every aspect. They did everything that we requested and also recommend ideas that they suggested that were very helpful making our decision for the final project. I would highly recommend VAS Contracting to anyone that needs projects done right!
