  The owner of Vanguard Roofing, Gary Greenwood, was very helpful and quick to respond to my request for a roof inspection of a resale house I was scheduled to close on in less than a week. The appraiser had found roof leaks, requested repairs and advised an inspection might be required so I reached out to Vanguard after finding their BBB A+ rating online. I was very impressed with Vanguard’s quick scheduling, thorough inspection with both eyes and feet on the roof and with 70+ drone photos, and fast turn-around of the inspection report I needed for decision making. Vanguard provided a roof replacement quote as well. I recommend Vanguard Roofing highly, and based on my experience would hire them again for my roofing needs.

  The planning, materials, and workmanship for my roof was so professional. I was pleased with every aspect since I have an historic home and so much wanted to completely replace a leaking roof to match the standing seam roof on my 1835 property. That takes some real " know how " on the part of Gary Greenwood and his excellent crew. The added bonus is the improved insulation inside the house. Well done and I welcome anyone wanting a recommendation to notify me.

  We had a roof and gutters installed. Mike Owings was thorough with the contract and schedule and made sure we were happy with the job. The roofing crew was very professional. Isaiah and Joey did a great job installing the gutters and also changed light bulbs in our security lights while they were on the roof. After the roof we decided to replace our windows. Cary, Isaiah and Joey were a pleasure to work with for the windows. Cary is very experienced with installing windows and did a great job. If you want to trust the people working on your house I would recommend Vanguard Roofing.
