  I am not sure why we had so many problems getting our bathrooms remodeled with a company with so many 5 star ratings. The picture that was presented to me wasn't the experience I had hoped for. We were told it would take 2 weeks for the job after the materials arrived and it was well over a month before it was finished. The job managers were almost nonexistent in helping coordinate the job and we were never told when workers would show up for the job. The caliber of the workers was mediocre at best and there were times when they said they didn't know how to do the work they were sent to do on a particular day. This is a buyer beware situation and I would recommend being more proactive if you want the work done right and on time. Personally, I would not recommend them because it was incredibly stressful with the constant lack communication from the job managers. They worried more about getting money up front than satisfying the customer. Being a veteran I was very disappointed after reading everything they supposedly do for veterans.

  Four or 5 years ago, I hired RenVision (now Valor) to do a complete remodel of my bathroom. They did a poor job. There were problems during the remodel, but the biggest was that they didn't level the subfloor so the tub flexed and leaked. I now have to redo the bathroom entirely again, obviously with a different company. I did reach out to Valor, but they were dismissive.

  My roof needed replacement due to age and damage. The materials were delivered the day before. The workmanship was just as described, very professionally done and I found no evidence that anyone had been there afterwards, (no trash, nails, shingle pieces). I couldn’t be happier! Thank you Valor!
