  Valley Restoration, especially working with Seth Palmer and Michelle Bisbeee, was absolutely AMAZING! From the moment our house flooded, Seth took special care to put my husband and I at ease and to assure us we were in good hands (we were!). We were very lucky as Seth handled both components of our disaster, the water mitigation and the water restoration work which made things move smooth. Our insurance company was extremely tough to deal with and Michelle and Seth held our hands the whole way through. They worked directly with the insurance company to ensure estimates were approved and that the insurance company had everything they needed to ensure our full claim payout. This is really above and beyond and such a HUGE undertaking. And for the final product… the work was absolutely stunning (and matched the estimate). Seth was so awesome about making sure I didn’t feel overwhelmed (2 stories all flooded) and helped keep me on track of what decisions needed to be made in order of priority. Additionally, if something I picked out was unavailable he even went the extra mile and gave me some alternative in-stock options that were similar to “my style” (which he absolutely nailed every time and really understood the look I was going for). I really appreciated when he gave advice and every single time I took it. I would absolutely use these folks again.

  Had used them for water damage in the crawl space during a moving process. They were very quick, competent, friendly, and wonderful to work with and did the work very well.

  Valley Restoration and Construction initially responded to a home-flooding event in Fruita CO. Both Seth Palmer and Michelle Bisbee were extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Due to misunderstandings (on my part), I believed I was obligated to use a local company. In spite of this, they both continued to advise and respond to issues and questions I had. Michelle did the initial "grunt" work of estimating damages. She even came to my home in the evening after working all day in Montrose-just to return a key. Both were exemplary professionals and individuals with a high degree of integrity and honesty. If given the opportunity, I would definitely utilize their company.
