  If you are in need of a new roof I highly recommend you contacting Shawn Porreca with Valley 3 Builders. I cannot speak highly enough about this group. We left at 7:30 AM in the morning to spend the day with my wife's mom and when we returned at 6:00 PM it was like the roofers were never there with the exception of the dumpster in our driveway. Very professional and courteous group of guys completing the work. Our neighbors were impressed as well. Was contacted numerous times to keep me posted as to delivery day and install day by the project manager. They also had stopped by the house several times to check on the delivery of the materials needed to complete our job

  I usually don't write reviews but I felt that this company was so great to work with that I needed to share my experience. We heard about Valley 3 Builders through a friend of ours when my husband and I were looking around for a reliable roofing company. She told us they were an amazing group to work with. We decided to give them a try. It was our first time getting a roof installed, so we had plenty of questions and concerns. Shawn, answered all of our questions honestly and was very helpful throughout the whole process. When it was time for the installation, the group that came were amazing. They arrived promptly, very efficient in their clean up, and performed quality work. I would highly recommended this company to anyone.

  I called Sean about a new roof. He originally told me they are about 3 weeks out. I was fine with that. I know it’s a busy time of year. After I met with him to sign a quote and put down a deposit Sean said they may be able to move me up on the schedule sooner. I thought that would be great! He said his scheduler would call me and let me know when they will be replacing my roof. This was a Friday. Saturday afternoon his scheduler called and asked if they could work on my roof on Monday. Wow is all I can say. She said they will drop off material at 10 am and come back start at 3 and should be done by 7. We’ll they dropped off material at 9:30 am. Came back at 1:30 and were done with my roof -cleaned everything up and gone by 6. I am so impressed with this company. I highly recommend Sean and Valley 3 Builders.
