  Fred and his staff were very professional, productive, and he personally took time out to walk me and my wife step by step to get great results. Communicated about all aspect of repairing my roof and did an amazing job on the overall repair. V Star Roofing as a team keep us informed of changes during the process. I highly recommend!!

  I knew we had some damage on our roof, it was 20 years old, but didn’t know the extent. Jeremy was in our neighborhood and came to the house and told me about V-Star. So we made an appointment for him to come back to check the roof. He found there was wind damage. He met with our insurance claims adjuster, had the ladder and everything ready for him. My hmom stand and I are in construction, and knew that was great customer service! He called to let us know when they would drop the material off and what time/day they’d start. They were prompt, clean, and he was there checking everything. Jeremy was accommodating from the start. Able to meet with us with short notice and always promt and professional. He was straight up front, no hidden fees or surprises. We definitely recommend using this company! In today’s world, it was so nice to have someone stand by their word, and provide quality customer service.
