  After reading many reviews online, I hired Utica Roof Pros to replace my roof. They began working in a light rain. I went to work and came home to find several puddles inside my home with damage to the ceiling in multiple rooms. They offered a very small discount to the price of the job. Roof itself looks good, but just make sure it isn't a rainy day when they come to work on your house.

  When I contacted Utica Roof Pros, they got back to me immediately. John came to assess my roof and what could be wrong as I had a leak that I had a previous company “fix.” He was very knowledgeable. Once they repaired the roof it solved my roof issue and I haven’t had any issues since. They were very pleasant and easy to work with. I felt they were very honest. They also got back to me immediately with any questions I had. I would highly recommend Utica Roof Pros for your roofing needs and/or repairs.

  We were very impressed with Andrey who came out to do the initial estimate and post roof installation inspection. He actually got up on the roof both times and explained everything about the installation process and why/how they did their work. The roof was torn off, plywood replaced and new roof installed in 1 day which was impressive given the size of the job. We are very happy with the finished product and would recommend Utica Roof Pros.
