Excellent experience from start to finish. Tom Reilly explained everything up front and had amazing company testimonials and references and was a big part of why we went with USA Home Improvements. He answered all of our questions and put us at ease of switching to a metal roof over a typical asphalt shingle roof. The installers were great and very efficient finishing our roof in 2.5 days. And Brad, who came at the end of the job, was there to make sure we were completely satisfied with the entire process. Thank you for everything and we would recommend USA Home Improvements for all of your roofing needs. 100%.

Excellent company. Timely and excellent work. I had them do my house about 2 years ago and was very pleased so I had them back to do my large garage.

It's unfortunate. May 2018 my fiancé & I were sold on a $30k idea that USA would be worth it. Some days they were on schedule, some days nowhere to be seen. I used my work break to open the doors for them. Reluctant to leave my home unlocked I waited an extra 45 minutes. Frustrated, I called. Turns out, John, the supervisor, was @ another location. Not only was I not alerted to cancelled plans but I've lost work hours. Happened multiple times. Leave the key, no one shows. Biggest issue: the roofers were MESSY. Roofing & nails were tossed to the ground w no tarp. Even onto my neighbors driveway! Each day I cleaned after them fearing that I'd be paying to replace car tires. I called about it & only saw the large blue tarp being used once. The crew borrowed my metal rake to clean since they "forgot theirs". I haven't seen that rake since. I call Michelle, the USA receptionist, to ask if they would be cleaning the mess. She seemed surprised & even said they have a magnet that they're supposed to use. After waiting 3 days I purchased my own magnet & raked up the nails/screws myself. Constant discarded cigarette butts & drink cans around my property added to the mess. I appreciate a clean space. It was brought to John's attention & the 2 roofers were confused about the clean up request but they agreed. I found more & handed them back their cigarette butts to throw away. It became a joke. The guys would argue over if the cigarette butt was "their brand" & which one of them was the culprit. 3 ripped window screens & 2 windows that weren't opening properly later, the windows were installed. The older window frames needed to be chiseled for the new ones. I covered my bed since the window above was being replaced. I came home to wood chips on the bed & on the floor behind it. I'm positive they had a Shop-Vac. 2 screens were ripped during delivery & 1 was bent during install. I couldn't believe I witnessed the screen manhandled into place. I mentioned it to the installers. They casually disappeared & I was left to stare @ this new bent screen. In August, Brad, a manager, shows up for final evaluation. He walked the house - no mention of anything. I fill out the review hesitantly, esp. when my concerns didn't seem to be going too far for resolution. I explain that our ripped screens needed replacing. I was told the responsibility fell to John. John was unreliable & Brad jokingly says "you'll get them but don't expect them back any time soon. John's great but he can be forgetful." I respond w "as long as they're replaced by Dec. I don't care." March 2019 rolls in. No screens. I call USA & Michelle recalls the situation. She calls John & apparently they were lost. Now I'm told to take pics of the window labels & send them to a phone# she provided me. It's March 29th, almost a year later. April 4th I get a call from Jason who leaves a message about the screens. I decide to visit the main office. Already fuming, I once again hear that the info for the screens was lost. Now that Jason personally promised that he would see to their delivery I wasn't sold on it but @ least I had someone's attention. It's April 24th & the screens are finally delivered -- nightmare's not over. The weather clears & I start to notice all the imperfections of the siding & roofing. I call for a contractor opinion to confirm my concerns. The siding layers are lined up & aren't staggered properly, sloppy vinyl window trim, no roof pest barriers, the roof capping is bent & isn't aligned, corners are messily screwed in... The contractor was hesitant to point out the flaws but felt bad. He said he'd seen some great work from USA but my house wasn't one of the lucky ones. He estimated he could have done all of the work w the same warranties for only $19k... We could have saved $11k w less headache. My house gutters weren't draining properly. No trees nearby so leaves didn't make sense. I found roofing paper, shingles & fasteners filling our gutters. The shingles had plants growing out of them! My fiance & I feel so taken advantage of. No recommendations from me.
