  Had a roof leak after our last round of storms but couldn’t determine where it was. Had heard about USA Building Maintenance and reached out. Immediate response and next day service to come onsite and locate the source. Had us fixed up by end of day and actually identified a couple other potential issues that they were able to correct at the same time. Professional crew and amazing service. Will definitely use again and highly recommend!

  I called out USA Building Maintenance to inspect out storage space after the many storms a few weeks back. They figured out that a piece of our Metal Roofing had blown back. Since it was Improperly installed from the beginning the crew made sure they put some extra time in securing it back down the RIGHT Way!!!. I am grateful for the Team and will recommend them to ALL in the future.
