Joseph F came to my house to inquire about roof replacement that needs to be done (badly). I was 90% settled on using another company but decided to sit down and talk with him before I did so. I had to reschedule him twice and he was very understanding of that and my busy schedule. He came and sat with me while my kids ran crazy.. I am so happy that I trusted my gut and gave him the chance to go over the whole process with me. He was completely transparent and professional through the entire process and I am 100% happy with the service he provided. I feel confident that our home is in the right hands and can’t wait for the finished product. Thank you!!

Richie Marin, Kassandra and who ever else works for this poor quality company are scammers. They damaged several parts of my home including FPL mast, water damage and literally ran their truck into my house! They aren't taking responsibility for their repairs. A roof that cost us over 20 K and we are left to pay additional money to fix everything. STEER CLEAR!!!! Horrible, dishonest and disgusting 🤢

Stay away from this company! Yes, they were very nice during the first visit but once I agreed to get my roof replace with them, things changed for the worse. What was supposed to cost $14,500 ended up costing me over $19,000! I didn't get no paperwork from them. I requested copies of my file several times and the request just went on deaf ears. I had to request my lawyer's office to sent out a letter to the company to provide me with documents. Their customer service representatives were rude and careless.  I worked with Joseph and he changed his story of what was actually included in the price each time we spoke. First, he stated I was getting a brand new roof to justify the price, then it changed to only damage wood would be replace (that he added between 7-10 pieces of plywood to the estimate), THEN, that changed to "I don't remember how many pieces of plywood I included in the estimate", etc. I tried to get out of the contract but, I needed to pay 20% of the total price to terminate the contract. I didn't had a choice but to continue with the project. The roof was finally replaced at the beginning of June. The workers that replaced the roof (Code Engineered Systems) did a good job. I found out later that, they were contracted by US Roofing to do the job since they don't count with their own workers (that explains the overpricing!). Then, they wanted to charged me with ALL the plywood replaced even though some were included in the initial price. There were a few things that needed to be taken care of (siding not placed correctly), provided pictures to the company and no one came to take care of it. Actually, I WAS the one who got on a ladder and fixed it myself. Also, no one from the company came to inspect the work.
I have never had to deal with the amount of lies and incompetency from a company like this and, the amount of stress they put me through was too much. I won't recommend this company not even to my worse enemy. That's how bad of an experience I had with them.

We were very pleased with the presentation and professionalism of Joseph and Chris. We are excited to get our new roof and have our home look brand new.

Absolutely enjoyed these guys very professional and knowledgeable, easy to talk to and work with. I have tons of kids running around and they were patient with our chaos. Took care of all of our issues and got us hooked up with a new roof!!

UPDATE!!!!
I believe that this company is scamming people. They come off very professional and helpful but then come back and say they’ve made errors and the price changes by $4,000! Once they tell you about this “mistake,” they give you an option to leave the contract with no penalty. However, if you signed up for a loan with no interest for a year through the financing company they use, be prepared to have a balance even if service wasn’t rendered.

Joseph was very nice and patient with us during the inspection and walking us through the process to get everything started! I definitely felt confident and comfortable with choosing this company because of his professionalism. Definitely would recommend!

Christopher is very friendly and extremely informative. I enjoyed working with him and look forward to working with him in getting my roof done
