  I had no prior knowledge about roofing. Every other local company was non-responsive or rude. When I called Urban Roofing I was pleasantly surprised. Not only did someone answer the phone consistently, they were actually polite/professional. Dave Urban and his team were excellent. They were skilled, prompt and they're price was right. Even after the installation I had a problem with my insurance company and Urban Roofing continued to assist me way after I paid them. When I had questions they went out of their way to provide clarity and reassurance. This is old skool customer service at it's best.

  Dave and his crew did a phenomenal job on my roof. Dave worked with my crazy schedule to get the estimate and the roof done in a timely manner. Dave provided excellent customer service and explained each detail of the job to me at each step of the way. On the day the roof was done, his crew was prompt and professional. When they were done, you couldn't even tell there was a roofing company there. There was no hidden costs or fees, everything was upfront and honest. This is a great LOCAL business. When the time comes again, I will use Urban Roofing.

  I usually do not write reviews but I was totally amazed how professional Urban Roofing is and how they went above and beyond my expectations! Dave Urban is truly an experienced roofing contractor whose work is second to no one! Very competitive pricing, and he goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with his work. Thank you Dave for your honesty and all that you did to resolve all my roofing issues!
