  We had Austin Waddle with Urban Exterior Co. inspect our roof for possible damage. He exceeded our expectations in professionalism, responsiveness, and quality of work. He was honest and trustworthy, in that he shared his knowledge that our roof was in good condition and did not need repairs. We also appreciated his ability to view our home with a drone rather than climbing on our roof. We highly recommend Urban Exterior for roofing, siding, windows and gutter repair!

  We used Austin for both our roof last year and siding this year. They handled the entire process extremely well from dealing with insurance to the actual labor. We opted for the insulated siding he suggested and our AC unit is having a much easier job keeping up with the heat! Last year we could not keep the house more than 10 degrees cooler than outside temps, this year we're able to set it at the temp we want. Wholeheartedly recommend both Urban Exterior Co and that specific product

  Before we met with Austin Waddle (Urban Exterior) we were nervous because we needed a lot of work done to our home and had a specific budget. After Austin left our home and during the project we felt supported and knew we were getting our work done according to schedule, on budget, and that it would be done with precision. When they did our roof the materials were great quality, it was clean and they went around and cleaned up all the debris in the yard. We still get compliments on the job they did. Austin was there with us every step of the way and worked with our stingy insurance company until any issue was resolved. Once the roof was done we wanted them to help with all the updates needed on the house. We completed windows and downspouts/gutters next and at the end our house was beautiful and didn’t cost a fortune. If you are searching for an honest hardworking partner this is the company.
