  I just called to get a leak looked at because they have a 24 hour emergency service, as quoted on their page, saying that "We know that a roofing emergency can threaten your entire business, your team, even your family" (copied right from that page) and was told, rather rudely after finding out I was a residential customer rather than commercial, that this was a mainly commercial company and they weren't interested in my business. As a person who also owns a family business with 40+ employees, I will never use this company for my business since they didn't have time to look at my residential issue even though their website says they do residential and commercial.

  Was one of the best places I ever worked. Didn't agree how they fired me but still can't say a bad word about the company

  Very professional. Called at 4pm. They were willing to come right out for a roof leak. Showed up right on time and repaired the roof in less then a hour. A+
